BrakesToYou Mobile Brake Repair

Nightmare service. They replaced my front pads and rotors for around $800. Brakes immediately started squealing after replacement. Texted them and they did come back out once to look at it. Have no idea what they did, but the squealing persisted, got worse, then brakes started grinding. It's been a few thousand miles. They advertise a 12K mile warranty. Filed a chargeback with my credit card company and now they are texting me threats.

Great service -- cannot recommend highly enough. Super nice when we connected, worked around our schedule, arrived early and had all the parts needed to do the job on the spot. Communicated clearly the repair needed and completed it and a very timely manner. Very reasonable price when you consider the convenience, short notice and the technician was excellent as well.

I can’t say enough good things about Brakes To You. The brakes on our 2019 Suburban had been squeaking, so I took it to two different shops. Both told me it would cost $450+ to fix. Before committing, I called Brakes To You for a quote and explained what the other shops had said. They gave me honest pricing for both brake pads only and brake pads + rotors. When they arrived, they did a full inspection and told me the only thing the vehicle actually needed was a cleaning of the pads and rotors. What my wife and I thought would be anywhere from $200 to over $500 ended up costing just $85. It’s rare to find a company this honest, transparent, and customer‑focused. They saved us hundreds of dollars and earned our trust. Highly recommend Brakes To You.

What an excellent first experience, on time, polite, and done in an hour! After trying to do this locally at a small mom and pop shop in 3 days of them having my vehicle and not getting it done. I contacted brakes to you. Not only was the price excellent, the service was perfect. So convenient! This will now be my go-to!

Danny Gutierrez with Brakes to You is the best technician and i don't compliment easily nor usually take time to give a review. I did a lot of research about my brakes, brake pads , rotors etc. and all that is associated with them. After that i started to research mobile brake repair service. I checked Nu Brakes first and Brake Check and several others but found Brakes to You best fit my needs for my 2016 Q5 Audi 3.0 S Premium. No one has ever serviced my Q5 except Sewell Audi North Houston. I was skeptical of anyone else doing anything to my vehicle, but when Danny came to replace my brakes he was so thorough and explained every step. He realized my Q5 was an S line, the rotors were not the right size for my vehicle. Although Saturday was his off day, he insisted on coming to replace my brakes because he has started the process. I’m so thankful that he did because he made me feel so comfortable with his expertise and explanations and his manner. I know this review is long, but that’s just how appreciative I am of him. I will always recommend Danny and Brakes To You to anyone and I’m so thankful to him for all the work he did and as fast as he did it Very satisfied, customer and D
